He has successfully guided clients in securing millions of dollars in new capital, achieving record growth, acquiring companies, navigating succession planning, and addressing a range of strategic business needs.
Peter’s leadership experience spans CEO and CFO roles, and he has led successful turnarounds of distressed companies. Additionally, he is a frequent speaker and writer on strategic management topics.

With over twenty years of experience in providing exceptional administrative support, Joyce plays a key role in meeting the needs of our clients. She offers personalized, relationship-driven assistance across a wide range of administrative tasks, including coordinating consulting engagements, managing schedules, and handling client communications. Prior to joining the firm, Joyce held various administrative roles at IBM, where she was recruited by her husband to support the business with her expertise.
In her free time, Joyce enjoys spending time with her family in both Raleigh, North Carolina, and Upstate New York.
