In serving as a trusted advisor to CEOs, he conducts total business performance and strategic financial assessments for clients seeking to get unstuck, adopt repeatable and improved management team processes, and build highly sustainable companies.

Peter has helped clients secure millions of dollars in new capital, achieve record growth, acquire companies, pursue succession planning, and answer a host of other strategic-level advisory needs.

His leadership experience includes serving in both CEO and CFO-level capacities, and he has been the lead architect on successful turnarounds of distressed companies.

Peter is also a frequent speaker and writer regarding strategic management topics.

Joyce Ciaravino

Executive Administrative Assistant

Joyce has over twenty years of experience serving the administrative needs of our clients. She is a strong support for our clients and provides help at a very personal and relationship-driven level, including all various administrative needs, coordinating consulting engagements, scheduling, and client communications. She formerly served in various administrative assistant roles in IBM corporation prior to being commandeered into our firm by the founder.

In her free time, she most loves spending time with her family in both Raleigh, North Carolina and Upstate New York.
